Let me tell you one simple truth. Games have NEVER been worse than now.I was 4400 before calibration, dropped almost 400mmr and now even though I'm @ 4.1 games feel like 3k. It's because there are lots of legend 2-5 playing together and that's too much of a skill gap. Also the system calibrated randoms too high/too low and now there's a big chaos out of it all. I even played a few games in fucking HIGH BRACKET whilist being 4100. Games are pure trash which actually makes it easier to move up but also less fun and more stressful.
The truth is I'll be back on my MMR in a few days and you will stay 2k forever. What bothers me is that in 6 months timem VOLVO is going to take my MMR again through some shitty calibration.
What also bothers me the most in this game are people like you. People who cannot improve, people who refuse to learn from others.I don't hate the guy who can't last hit, or can't play certain heroes/roles. but I FUCKING HATE IDIOTS WHO make shit draft picks and make bad builds. The people who waste 5-6k gold on worthless items and lose the game just because they haven't figured out the simplest logic of a given scenario.
as for your idol cookie, he's a bosnian kid without future. spends over 9000 hours on this game without going full pro mode. The fuck is he going to do with his divine 5? is he going to earn some $$$? big fucking NO. sooner or later he will figure out that money doesn't fall from the sky. As for his theory that MMR is objective measure of the skill... just a big LOL.. after this calibration it's a measure of absolutely nothing. sure that divine players are better than legend.. but as long as I see legend 2 stars in my games and not a single ancient it's trash MMR system.

You are all fools. Everyone is busy trying to analyse what changes this new system has brought and how much MMR they lost or gained, whereas I already see the truth. No Dota player has severely suffered from this new ranked system except for the 6k+ players. Keep a note of what this number means. Every player with extremely high, record-breaking MMR (9k and 10k) has lost their points and has come down to 6-7k. Even 5-5.5k players are calibrating Divine medal.
What does this mean you ask?
Simple. Look at the player who lost or gained the least amount of MMR on this forum. Not just on his main account but on his smurfs as well. It is none other than 🍩🍪Cookie🍪🍩. Why, you ask? Simple, it all started when he was noticed as being one of the most popular "verified" players on DotaBuff on this list https://www.dotabuff.com/players. When he asked for the coveted "blue tick" from the mods, what he got in return was a simple fix to the list that prevented players without the tick from appearing on the list.
This would not go unpunished. 🍩🍪Cookie🍪🍩 had his revenge. Within days, he plotted with the infamous IceFrog to fuck up everyone who had a higher MMR than him. But it couldn't be too obvious. He would let some of them even go over 7k, the likes of Miracle and Paparazzi. He was smart enough to hide that. He even made this forum thread https://www.dotabuff.com/topics/2017-11-22-go-calibrate so you would all be busy bickering over who got the better medal and who lost or gained the most MMR, trying to determine how many ranked points each star means, whereas 🍩🍪Cookie🍪🍩 is sitting happily on his Divine 5+ throne, considered at an equal skill level to the rest of the Tier 1 professionals.
