People are picking roles, communicate, work together. I even had 2 TPs to countergang - never happened!!! At the same time, during draft, no argument about roles - even swapped roles between mid, offlane and roamer, because it made more sense - never happened before!
Everybody communicated in English, no Russian in my team - if somebody was, they talked English. Everybody was willing to sacrifice a bit of farm for smokes, roamers/offlaners helped with wards. Usually if I am pos5 support, I end up paying the bill for wards. out of 5 games, only 1 game I paid everything.
