Your question doesn't make sense unless you mean update it on Dotabuff ?
If yes, MMR is now a hidden attribute only visible to the player, no longer accessible externally. So you can't display or update it anywhere anymore.
Will there be any way to update mmr in the future? I noticed that even after the update my mmr was updating accurately. But it was not until (for whatever dumb reason) I decided to remove "solo mmr: --" from my profile that the system stopped updating my mmr.
