no point getting it against tankier supports u cant one shot, ones who can turn on u, or if by the time u get it they have shit like glimmer, or pipe/hood or other ways to survive it
or if u need another item more (pike against riki or manta against silences)

As a morph spammer, I only get DLance when I need hurricane pike. A more niche situation is for kiting melee cores with it and skadi.
