If it's the fact that you're streaming, maybe its the obs that heavy on your laptop? Have you tried purchasing a dedicated capture card?
But obs is a software which uses alot of processing power, dedicated capture cards have internal processing power and cache, making them significantly less heavy on the laptop itself
I don't feel like investing in one tho. Cos this streaming thing is just something I'm doing for fun before uni starts :/
Supposedly* high-end oops. It's not a gpu problem tho. 45%-ish gpu usage. My cpu tho - 99% most of the time. Is it supposed to eat up that much cpu processing power :/
I did tho. Bitrate at 3500 and reso at 720p. Someone suggested I change to obs classic instead of studio what do you think?

So I tried test streaming dota and I got - guess what, 10 FPS x)) I'm using OBS Studio by the way. Laptop specs are listed below. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong - definitely not internet problem too. Does anyone here have any suggestions? .-. Help is greatly appreciated <3
