Its a dead hero right now. The only games you win - you could win with any other hero as well.
Besides you dont drop anything. Radi, BoT, Armlet and Ac/Shiva are 4 core items on him. I would add BKB and any other item of your coice on top of that. You dont drop anything untill you ate moonshard and gave scepters to everyone.
The only thing you can do is replacing Armlet with Hot or Satanic.
Depends if ure going for late game alchemist carry the whole idea of radiance build is wrong if u want to get a late game alch get BF, silver edge/Blink, Bkb,Abysal ,Assult it kills heros and eats towers like cup cakes if he reaches them.
There r times when u want to backpack bkb and get another item or backpack radiance for mjollnir/abyssal since one is better in fights than another
U have to judge which items are valuable than the other in different scenarios.
Giving profesional players as an example is not the best idea.
Pubs never play 4 protect 1 strategy or any other. This pick is very risky, although I will try BF today. Im quite curious how will it work.

I know Alchemist isn't really good right now but I want to learn to play him better so I was wondering what is a general late game alchemist inventory. Do you keep items like Radiance and Armlet or drop those for Assault Cuirass and Shiva's Guard?
