it's good t see your networth to see how you're doing in the game
also you can compare yourself to the average of your bracket
the hero suggestion is meh
the stats are good
I bought it just for the "free" battlecups and cosmetics.
The stats are nice. They're similar to the ones on dotabuff but you can see some interesting things like comparisons between talent winrates in certain brackets although i feel like they're a bit inaccurate cause they're probably based on a low number of games but that will get better as time goes by.
The drafting tips seem a bit unpolished. The item and skillbuild guides are meh. If you're a decent player you can just make your own guides and use them. I make mine but and im sure they're at least twice as useful as the ones provided by dota plus.
I've never been a big fan of quests in dota, I find them quite boring.
i see i see,i noticed that drafting/skillbuild things should be suck
stats are nice huh,gudgud
it's ok
i personally just bought it since i'll play battlecup and playing it once every week will be same price as dota+ (4 tickets = 3.96€ , dota+ = 3.99€)
i don't care about any other features but this looks nice:
f you're a decent player you can just make your own guides and use them
For every hero I actually play I have my own guide. If sometimes I pick something exotic, I just make it on the spot in fountain.
@svr any other features in game like that?
ye,i do that but on itembuilds only
having itembuild selection on every games are good
it's set by defaut to K
go to options and just over chatwheel
I've understood how the heroes suggestions work : it gives you at 1st the highest overall heros within the stats : zeus, underlord...
and for each pick it reffines itself to compare heroes winrates against each other
being able to compare your stats to bracket averages is really cool, although it would be nice if you could change it to compare to your averages. Honestly that seems like the best feature of the stats stuff. I havent actually played with the plus guide yet but it seems like it's not really any better than like tortes guides, just a little more interactive. The shard grinding isn't hard so getting the cosmetics and other features shouldn't be hard or a ton of grinding.
On the aspect of people complaining about p2w I would say it's really small. You might win an extra game out of 100 but it's certainly not like you're at a huge disadvantage if you don't get it. I think most people are just overreacting on their fears.

I dont understand why? I mean its only statistics of the game and some hero/item sugestions that you can find out by tabing to dotabuff and check winrates yourself.
I really fail to see how dotaplus affects your general performance it all sums up on are you good or bad in comprehending given situation and information given to you, it wont really make a good player out of bad one, i simply dont see how.
If all the cosmetics stuff are permanent I might subscribe to it.
I dont see why not, i mean this is basically a replacement for compendium.
Well, I'm actually concern about the hero chat wheel would expired, like the voice chat wheel from the last TI.
they need to expand on the cosmetics and add more features to make it even more worthwhile though since we already have dotabuff for stats
item builds dont really help that much imo torte's builds work just fine
free battlecup is nice and all if you're into competition
havent tried out the quest thing yet but so far its basically the same system as daily quests for LoL and Hearthstone
Though one thing that I noticed: You get a free Spring terrain for buying Dota Plus right? But it says in the description that you need to be subscribed to the service in order to use it. In other words if you unsubscribe you will lose the ability to use the terrain item right? I dunno if that applies to every cosmetic item that is obtained by exchaning the new in game currency (Shards was it?) but if it did holy hell that would suck.
Hopefully someone more experienced that me can explain more into this topic.

it really doesnt mean jackshit lol
its nice to have an accurate count on what your networth is right now and how you are doing compared to most people on your bracket but it really wont make you like skyrocket in winrates in a short period of time.
It's minor. But having a convenient gauge to tell you that you are over or under farmed could help you to make
Better decisions.
Absolutely the best thing I ever invested in for dota. Love the dynamic guides (though, don't know how tailored they are, it takes the enemies into consideration for the beginning first starting items, but what about the guide items itself? against lots of single target never see core lotus orb built, for example.)
Love leveling up to use hero chat wheel and stuff too, tons of goals, love the relics, love the easily obtainable cosmetics, etc.
