Treads into phase boots. Aquila if you are sure you'd get the tower with it then go mom. Maelstrom bkb butterfly. Then mkb or daedulus or silvers edge or Linkens or assault cuirass. Daedulus has highest dps on heroes.
I think it's better to save ult than killing the offlaner. Idk tho.
