Shadow Strike, Doom and Gale are only 3 debuffs that will allow you to deny a hero. Second criteria is that hero must be at 25% HP or less.
You can kill the Sun of allied Phoneix if it's below 50% HP.
You can deny teammates if you deal damage to them and bring them under the threshold of Ice Blast.
That's it.
You could also deny people under Shadow Word. But then people found out you can deny your own guys while Shadow Word is healing them and booom... patched.
Other than shadow strike, doom and gale i think you can also deny heroes affected by orchid/bloodthorn silence.
worth mentioning you need to get the LAST HIT on the phx egg to deny it, just want to avert any confusion

never heard or seen! probably wrong
definitely wrong. how would that work? the extra damage is done as a single instance at the end of the silence isn't it?
and immediately convert creep (domi, chen/ enchuantress) as final blow in midair (yes im talking bout dark troll)

So I know that there is specific criteria for being able to denying your own teammates. I've done it before on the obvious instances such as a Doom ult or a venomous gale. Does anyone know the all the specific criteria for denying a teammate and any exceptions to the rules? Like I know you can't deny someone under the effect of burning spears from Huskar for example.
Thanks in advance!
