I cant think of a worse arcana I have seen so far, even counting the io friendship thing as one
the thing that saddens me the most about the arcana is that rubick is there lying on the ground who should have gotten it but no

animation of he's sleeping with chain and hooking you +eating you is really cool
i like the chains on the back and how he can use it as a tentacle or something

edit:why is he not hooking with the chains in the back like in the animation too,that would be really cool..
the only thing that could save the arcana imho is that the hook transforms totally into one of these tentacles, even if it is only on landed hooks
I agree that the animation was kinda cool and so far one of the rare things good at the whole thing

It would be dope if the chained claws were momentarily used for walking/haste, just like monkey king's arcana were he fly on nimbus during haste.
