ITs shit, pub players dont know your powerspikes and will rarely follow up, Razor is too much team dependent to be effective pubstomper there are so much better no-brainer ones that perform better and come online faster.
Idk, I used to stomp solo mmr matches back when everyone picked pa or sven. Last match I played razor in a party I stomped playing along with my friend's shaman in the safelane. But I agree mid razor requires a lot of team play to be worth it.
like harold said, Razor is nice on paper but your team will almost never know how to follow the timings necessary to strive consistently with it. i would say any team under divine ~2 will either : not follow through, grief because you're telling them what to do, not pick complimentary heroes, not play said complimentary heroes properly, or just any other numerous things that make low level games a bitch to play.
and in higher level games, people will know how to counter him. it's a tragedy that is shared by a good number of other heroes, the difference being that some of those other heroes like Pugna have inherent designs that might make them less good in PERFECT situations than razor but are a lot better in the hands of anyone with just ~10 games on them.

It's my second most played hero and I have a nice WR with him but I don't know if he's actually a good pick for NS bracket pubs. The hero isn't that good in the late game and you need team coordination to apply pressure early on.
