if there is a game you dont need that processing power for it is dota, that seems to be the reason why it is so popular
My laptop with integrated graphics and i3 could run dota at about 30fps so anything really should be fine
Depends on graphical details. Also, if you can afford i3 8100 just go for it, it's better for Dota 2

im planning to build a new gaming pc soon. how much fps can i get with ryzen 3 1200 even in heavy intense teamfight? i know that dota 2 is cpu intensive game and that is why i choosed ryzen 3 because it is a unlocked processor instead of i3 8100. Also i will be playing in a 1080p resolution and mostly high settings.
