Lane equilibrium in General Discussion

I can keep the lane where I want it when it's just me hitting creeps. Just starting denying early if you have too many on your side, or pushing out a tad if enemy creeps are behind. Best spot obviously is as close to your own tower as possible but without tower hitting it. However my supports always mess up the flow by pulling. I get they want to pull to get the extra xp, but how do I deal with that then? Don't you have to first push way out, then pull so you like delete a wave? Seems like when my support pulls the small camp creeps end up under the tower and I can't last hit well under the tower early when you have lower damage.

tell them to double pull or don't pull at all

Tell them to not single pull but double pull instead to clear the creep wave, tell them to pull when ur creeps are near the river, also dont forget to turn off aquilla, when supps are trying to zone out the enemy, ask them to not stand near creep aggro range so that the creep equilibrium wont get messed up. Basically u will maintain creep equilibrium by not doing unnecessarry stuff and just deny every creep.

So if they want to pull I need to push the lane out? Cus I don't usually do that, I just let it sit close to my tower. Basically I need to communicate with support more to work in the pulls?

^Yes, but you have to check if their pull was successful or not, if they mess it up then you dont push the lane.

"Best spot obviously is as close to your own tower as possible but without tower hitting it. However my supports always mess up the flow by pulling."

Also, the best spot is NOT as close to your own tower as possible. What would you do if the offlaner pulls the large camp towards his incoming creeps? If you try to stop him from pulling, you lose CS, if you decide to take the CS you allow the offlaner to push the wave towards him. The correct spot is actually near the large camp so that you can actually stop the offlaner from pulling the large camp without losing CS.

Or you can just practice last hitting under tower, you might have to learn when to drop quelling blade then hit then pick it up. You just need to estimate then last hitting will be a piece of cake

^But you receive damage if you tank creeps under your tower regardless of how good you can kite the creeps around. You would have to use atleast use 1 tango. These small things matter if you want to climb mmr :)

yes just push the lane before the pull.

if u end up with double wave, which is sometimes just inevitable, just learn to pull the enemy creeps to y our ranged creeps. sometimes that works. otherwise just give the offlaner xp. doesnt matter in low mmr anyway

Yeah he's not low mmr so the idea of giving the offlaner exp is just not smart.

how's normal skill not low mmr.

Whenever i play support i usually attempt a double pull and check if the lane needed any pull (heavily pushed to enemy tower (cause my carry doesn't understand the concept of lane equilibrium so they autoattack mercilessly)). I suggest getting better communication with your support and don't be toxic so they actually feel like supporting you.
