Meka doesnt stack. Flux has bad cast range on lower levels. Spark wraith is unreliable. You could just get a support who actually has useful support spells
Shitty ms, shitty turn rate, no stun or any form of disable(unless you consider flux as disable).
Why not pick a real support instead

Guys i had a game with enemy arc warden support. At early stage he keeps ganking mid and with 1st skill learned and our mid got rekt. After he got lvl 6 ge spams ss and tp gank other lanes. His item is like tranqBoots soul ring force staff meka and meteor hammer. Imagine that used 2 times.
