Why would he need armor ? He aint a right clicking type carry(imo).Magic Ember better than w spamming Ember.
Better go power threads or BoT they actually make sense on Ember.

this isnt 2014 where you can just sit back and press W with unreducable cleave damage.

also sleight has been getting multiple buffs over time, that people are maxing it first sometimes so it makes sense to also get damage.

Damage since sleight is actually better to max first now. Also movespeed works in good synergy with your remnant since it travels 2.5x your speed. Just click it before using remnant good for chasing/escape.

If he ain't right clicking type, he doesn't need that atk spd from Tread then.

Phase(melee) is a bit better than Tread now. It's the only item that you can build 6 armor conveniently without sacrificing too much of your DPS. Kind of like Aquila.

Tread is only good for Illusion and mana.

Armour, chasing power with flame guard, +damage for sleight, makes a lot of sense tbh.

Don't know which pro player started that trend but its bullshit.
