because mmr requirements for medals are rapidly decreasing

Isn't this actually just because the % change is bugged? Usually your % doesnt change directly after a match until you restart the client or you finish your next game.

For example - I go into a game with 35% and win that game. When I leave the game it will show 35% on my medal and I enter my next game. I lose the next game and when I come out of the game my medal will show 50% because it effectively lags one game behind. If I close dota and reopen it the % will actually change back to 35%.
