You can't trade items unless you were friends with that person for six months or 1 month if you have ste authenticator.
Boosters wont touch your inventory since they want good reputation to be hired again, they need your score amd recommendation they dont want to hurt their business.
So boost away.

and before your items and all the valuable stuffs gets transferred to the hacker's account, can you retrieve it if you still have your email and steam wallet codes for proof?
