the problem in my bracket when we go roshan :
- carry thinks he's immortal and go YOLO into the enemy, die instantly without doing anything
OR
- we have aegis on carry and he goes jungle and wait until it disapears...
So in low bracket I think it's more usefull to go for towers
From my experience that one tower or buyback didnt do shit and most of the time the push just ends up with some tower damage and a retreat death which gives the enemy team a free rosh.
Having Rosh when you are behind does not help you a ton but getting it just for the sake if keeping it away from your opponent is very useful. Towers will melt like butter once the game goes late enough anyways, so Rosh should be a priority over a t2 tower 100% of the time. A t3 is a bit of a different story. If your team is well coordinated and you feel confident you can force some buybacks without also getting ganked and dying, that is usually worth a lot.
rosh> 5 man t2 push(assuming enemy cant contest like they teamwiped)
if u can solo t2 get t2
There are so many things to consider so i guess its hard to give a straight answer. In my games most people dont consider which objective to take they just go straight for the tower push.

So when playing from behind and the team finally wins a teamfight, is it worth going for the t2/t3 towers and forcing buybacks rather than just go straight for rosh.
From my experience taking the aegis from the stronger team is more worth than taking a tower and maybe forcing a buyback. Usually the core that buys back just go straight for roshan anyway.
My example isnt perfect because the scenario isnt always the same but in general, rosh or towers?(hoping for bb dont die on retreat, while roshan is usually a safe bet.)
