Theyre just better than the rest. Also smurfs don't pick shit heroes or ruin positions. They either play mid/carry or play whatever is needed for the team to advance. If you wan't to learn something go watch some pro players or dota2protracker was it the website where you can see what hero u want to play and see how some pro players play it. Don't u watch dota 2 tournaments? Thats the best way to learn things, but the difference is pubs is that in the pro scene everything is based on timings and execution. If the other team is faster you are going to play on back.
This is like diamand/grand master player in starcraft 2 playing in bronze/gold division. Of course theyll win easily there since they understand the game better and theyre faster than the opponent. Also they play when they feel good too.
