Need incentive for people to sty awake during picking phase aswell and maybe give a five second voting time after pick.

Well the problem is that someone can pick hard support axe and then hit the jungle once you are not able to report not playing role anymore.

Imagine reporting people for picking a hero they want to play. Stop wasting reports. If I saw someone flaming someone for picking a hero in the pick phase I would report them for communication abuse. People like you are the people who need to be reported.
Altough i do not agree with his methods i do kind of agree that you should be able to report during the first 10 or so minutes of the game.
If someone picks an "odd" support hero but actually support i dont give a shit. If they instead pick pos 5-4 and start taking all the farm and build carry items thats a big nono.
yea i actually tried out support bloodseeker and got low prio even though i onyl builded utility items

Does reports during picking phase actually matter? Since im always out of reports i always report my laning buddy and whoever is mid if they make bad pick. How much does thes reports actually affect the behavior score?
Wouldnt it be better if there was a thumb up/down system slightly affecting the behavior score and maybe we will get less hard support games with techis/pudge pos 5?
