The spirits do not actually attack their targets, but rather the spell simply deals damage to spirits' targets upon reaching them.

This means the damage is affected by spell lifesteal and spell damage amplification, does not trigger any on-attack effects, and ignores evasion and damage block.

Ghost scepter/EB negates the physical damages.

Other than that, getting armor is a good way to reduce the physical damages.

About the blademail against her, it's a source of cheap armor but:
- You need her to have her euls on cooldown or she can play around it
- She can disengage with the recent +20% MS and change target even if she will get damaged from the already launched attack because you can't cancel spirits attack.

armour lowers the dmg, but if your asking if crimson and vanguards passive of blocking works against it then i'm pretty sure thats a no
