I don't mean to disparage you, I'm just a bit stunned at that. Your more recent games seem fine, on the surface, just looking at the raw stats of Dotabuff. Like, what are you doing that keeps you stuck in that rank?
I'll download a demo or 2 of your matches, I want to see what's being done right/wrong here. Looking at your recent losses, it doesn't seem to be a case of running into smurfs? And with how you're playing, it would seem like you should be able to climb despite other teammates...

I reviewed your last ranked game which you completed(the AM game, not the Arc Warden game you abandoned, or your 3 recent single draft games). I watched it primarily in player perspective to get a look at how you were seeing it.
-Your last hitting needs work, for a carry. I understand that you were competing with Jugg for the last hits because he took your lane after your queue partner Meepo took mid, but 28 last hits at 10 mins for a safelane carry is really, really poor. Your battle fury was delayed further around the 15-18 min mark, not because of getting ganked or competing for farm, but because you missed last hits, simply put it.
-Your map awareness is lacking. Your teammates were engaged in a clash so close by, but you didn't even look at them, pan the camera to them, until the fight was over, and they were in full retreat after losing 3 heroes already. You also ate multiple Techies mines damage needlessly, by not paying attention.
-Your fighting is really awkward. You are very focused on right-clicking the enemy heroes, or casting your spells immediately, without thinking about what those spells are doing with regards to the outcome of the fight. You used mana void on a full-mana Necrophos, and promptly ate his ult. Even a solo kill on Rubick took too long, because you fiddled around too much in deciding whether to move closer or to just right-click
+I will applaud your knowledge of mechanics such as tread switching, though your switching needs work.
+You did end up winning the game off the back of your Meepo doing the work
Conclusion: even in a win where you look statistically fine, you've got quite a few things to sort out. That being said, I don't think you should be getting stuck in herald.
If you're playing the way you are now, I don't see you getting stuck in herald. It's not "good" by any means, but I can realistically see you getting to at least guardian 2.
Just remember, work on your basics. Last hitting is infinitely more important to work on than tread switching

I know Im a herald player, but im struggling to play better. I'm kinda new to this game. Any advices from higher player how to be more better in this games so that hopefully, i can be crusader or maybe archon someday.
