i think tooru IS the head doctor, the old person is his stand.

thats certainly a possibility, i just think that if thats the case, then we are gonna have to get a reason to respect tooru a little bit more. because it means he has been manipulating the rock humans posing as doctors and pulling all sorts of strings behind the scenes.

tooru is definitely connected to the head doctor, im kind of just waiting to see what happens with mamezuku and josuke in the hospital, if they head to the higashikata estate. also what happens with speed king punch rushing the image of the head doctor that crawled under the sheets towards mitsuba and jobin and tsurugi. cuz if this works out like it has before then jobin is in huge trouble.
