shadowblade has nice movement speed and easy to use
full item would be travel,shadowblade,vyse,bloodstone,dagger,dagon
What Tinker needs is more mana so that you can spam more spells in team fight before you tp back to base and join the fight again. I don't see sb providing any utility mana wise or team fight wise. Whereas glimmer might even save a teammate. Plus why waste a slot when you can have something like a shivas or even euls which provides movement speed too if you are considering sb for it's ms bonus? And also there are other go to items like Kaya and eblade.
glimmer cape is just too hard to use when your in the midst of the battle.
It really depends on the game. You can roam around the map with shadowblade with bonus movement speed and combo them with laser, hex and dagon.
dude its the exact opposite because you can actually glimmer yourself to rearm blink more reliably, if you're walking around shadow bladed as tinker then you're gonna die. or you're missing out on creep waves to push. i can kind of see it but you shouldnt really be playing away from the lane and trees anyway imo. glimmer is better defensively and blink seems better offensively. and the comment abt mana is also true, if you can't approach or people on the enemy team have means to jump you, its better to just have aghs blink and shit and just be able to shit your rockets out from out of vision. if they can get vision of you and jump you then force, glimmer, even bkb are better defensive items. shadow blade just seems awkward. but like maybe if tinker was actually a good hero in the meta you could experiment with it and see if you can make it work, because it does have some perks to it. just think other items are more consistently better.
Wrong glimmer is better because the invis is restored when you break it as long there's still duration left and the magic resist is crazy good too
you guys know there are only 6 slots for items. You fill ur 6 slot with some garbage item you are not going to win. There is also item tempo. Having certain items what certain times determines the impact. Having dagger bots at 10 mins is way more useful than dagger bots at 20 mins etc. You waste ur item on getting glimmer it will delay all the item timing on ur power spike items.
tinker can also use shadow blade when teleporting from fountain to lane if he wants and still keep an item in the slot
I can see it as a good surprise item in a game which somehow no one buys invis. But it won't work twice in higher rank games.

honestly the more i think abt it, the more i can see it. if only tinker was a good hero. i mean the ability to cover your aggressive blinks with glimmer or be able to shadow blade into a fight and rearm blink out or something, means you have more options. however it only makes sense in my head if you can just rearm hex/dagon someone to death quickly, like burst a support and then retreat, because if you need to be the one zoning out their heroes with march or rocket from a distance and basically do area control then those invis items dont let you do that.
