They already stated that BP will be released soon but delayed few week (give or take end of May is the most likely) rather than closer to TI10 due to WFH regulation. They gave many sales this week (the largest one being the golden week which almost every japanese game had sale). Rumour stated that the BP will be massive charity event, we shall see about that
