Disruptor is not top 3, and I would say Ogre isn't either. Top of my head:

The only bad thing about Rubick's Aghanims is that it motivates idiots to attempt to rush it instead of getting wards, mobility items and items for the team.
The upgrade is nice, even though you will most likely never get it if your team (you included) is playing well.

Worst is definitely Void's though. Also I think there was a topic regarding this question before. Too lazy to search it.

@frostychee Would disagree that Windrunner Aghanims is useless, if she is played mid it can make her a very strong dmg dealer.

@Wink you might be right both are above 65% win rate with them.

aghs is great on void (guaranteed chrono up for every fight)

aghs is great on rubick (its not gotten because as a support its hard for him to get, but its actually amazing if ur not a support/game goes beyond 50 minutes as a support)

think you could easily make the case for a lion aghanims being good

Viper's aghanim is one of the best for sure too.

how is aghs void the worst? it's actually fucking good. 60 second cd is ridiculous

Im not really sure how it works to be honest but I do like to build aghs refresher on od if im going way late game

I'm curious, why has Lion's ult only been mentioned once? To me it's one of the THE most feared Sceptre-ults. He can practically cut an entire team's HP bar in half (or more) with one ult in less than a second (granted, positioning is key though). The potential for his ult to be fantastic is just...well, fantastic.

Oh and while the mana cost is heavy, the CD is rediculously low at 20 seconds.

Number 3 is hard. Maybe Meepo? Brew? Clock? Enchantress? Invoker? Tiny? There's just so many to choose from.

Worst

Void (It used to be ok, but his ult cd is now actually pretty low.)
Puck (Increasing coil duration from 6 to 8 is not going to do much unless you're fighting against people who don't use BKB)
Abaddon (I really don't find it useful)

EDIT: Hurricane, don't forget that Riki gets a free Dagon Lv 5 with every Sceptre purchase.

Riki aghanims perma invis even while attacking or been dusted. What else could you wish for guys ^^

needs 2 gem to spot aghs riki

2 aghs riki needs 3 gem to be seen, also stays invis in chronosphere, under tower, and in enemy fountain and is immune to aoe

3 Sceptre Riki = auto win.

When Riki wins everyone is forced to commend him. If one does not have the ability to commend Riki (lack of commends to give), a one-year suspension will occur for said player.

enigmas is pretty good, its just that most of the time you would get mek, bkb, blink, and refresher first...

eh... i dont know what it does off the top of my head and i haven't seen anyone build it at all

I'd say worst is Doom. I mean sure there are worse, but ppl dont really buy it for them. But there are way too many ppl who afk farms and rushes Agha with Doom, like the enemy would care if they see an Agha Doom.

aghanims on doom is more so for the stats bonuses that it provides (and the damage never hurts)

also guarantees a kills in most fights seeing as duration will be extended a long time

its by no means the worst

aghs isn't bad on doom, rushing it isn't a great idea, but getting it after some armor/shivas isn't horrid for an aghs upgrade

i dont always get it, but let's say they have omni and invoker, two heroes with huge crowd control (guardian angel/voker's spells)
i would definitely go aghs/refresh as my 3-5/th item depending on how the game goes.

Tiny Passively adds 50% Cleave in a 400 AoE and 1.75x damage towards buildings.

Meepo + 1 + 100% Stats from items.

For Meepo if you don't build Aghs you just lose because he literally needs one.
Visage aghs is great, Rhasta aghs is amazing. Venomancer aghs good. Huskar aghs is pretty hilarious.

NP Aghs is a pusher thing, not optimal but still can do work, doesnt deserve to be in the worst list
Silencer aghs is amazing, wtf are you doing putting it in the list
Tinker aghs is godly, have you never seen someone spam W+R over and over again? 325 magic damage to 4 heroes each time

But for those heroes it's a step in the wrong direction. You can spend that gold on many more useful items.

But we are talking about the worst aghanims upgrades, not the suboptimal/situational item choices...

Aghanims on Axe is epic!

the worst agahnims by far is OD's one. you buy an int item it already give you more than his agahnims.

That's the worst of all, it is supposed to upgrade ult, but no matter what, it will not upgrade it as much as a regular int item, nor it will give you as much deal/tank power as those.

Basically, you buy 2 ultimate orb (one of the worst cost efficent item in the game !!!) and you have something better than agahnms on od (skady is fine on od thought)

How is aghanims on axe bad? I almost always get it I think that together with bloodstone it makes axe a beast even in the lategame and I see it as a much better choice than blademail.

Noone mentioning how amazing Tony AGHS is :(

Skywrath Mage aghanim's bad??? Mid Sky with 6 slots (hex, bloodstone, aghs, shiva, ethereal, BoT etc.) is godly.

I have to put in another word for enchantress for letting you outrange towers with right clicks.

Give Drow Ranger a scepter.

So less people stalking about pugna 0 sec cooldown on ult with scepter, that is just so strong

doom used to have worst aghs. it was 10 more dmg over 18 seconds, 180 dmg for an aghs upgrade.

puck wr and od aghs are ass.
top 3 would prolly be ones that aghs is core on, like meepo tiny and aa (because it's fucking ridiculous)
