Comon guys, doom's isn't good enough to be core but it is clearly not the worst. Go fucking read what it does cus you seem clueless, it gives 710 more dmg not even counting if it goes longer than duration cus it gets refreshed (which it will). It doubles the damage at least, which means you cast on someone, they can't run away and come back to ult a slow team fight later, they will be dead.
Worst I think is gryo (global? wtf, doesn't even reduce cooldown) and night stalker. Some people claim unobstructed night vision is quite useful for ganking but if you've built aghs aren't you kinda out of the gank the jungle phase?

I find aghs good for when you go jugger mid/you have other carry and you gotta keep pressure on the enemy. It's only good for the cd, the 3 slashes are useless, just a hyperstone adds more dmg to your ultimate

In general i would say that the problem with jugger as a right-clicker, is that he has no mobility, no slow, no stun; he has NOTHING in terms of abilities that helps him STICK to the target. You're just gonna end up being kited like a retard. But when i think about it, that would suit Vasile Lopataru and xan pretty well.
The only thing he has that sticks him to his target is his fucking omnislash, and that's exactly what aghs enhances. Also, its not just the extra slashes, its the CD reduction. 70 seconds CD makes you a menace.

Jugger doesnt fall off even lategame, saw him fighting a 6slotted PL with himbeing 6slotted and he won the engagement. And guess what he had Aghanims(52min in). It was a pro game Titan vs IG. I think Jugger is a great aghanims wielder esp if you rush it. QoP is also a decent aghs wielder but I cant say for sure as I dont play the hero much
jugger is one of the best against pl, cause countrary to other bf carry, he can go for mkb and still have enough dps to clean illu thx to his crit, which am for example will lack.
What happens when riki gets a scepter? does it do anything? if not it should be he grants true sight under 1200 range radius around him.. or his blink strike or his first strike to the opponent does not break his invisibility?

Well Xan's yug win rate is 30%. Says enough :). I got 15/16 (not that much games) and I'd say scepter is core on yug! :D

if you want right click u might as well go MoM/phase/sny/bkb/bfly/ac for some tankiness to counteract the %dmg increase

i agree that jug is a more mid-game based carry, and the 70sec cd at all levels helps wonders with ganking teams that generally don't build euls/ghost
however, if you are against a team that does (dp/voker/puck/etc), then obviously don't go aghs.
